Hi, my name is Laurie. I created this low impact cycling site to help others whose bodies limit their activities like my severe arthritis limits mine. If you are struggling to find a means for staying fit because of injury or chronic medical conditions, this site may have something for you. Keeping myself healthy and fit is a challenge as walking is painful and running is absolutely out of the question. So cycling has become my primary method of aerobic exercise.
